How does the credit model work?
You acquire €10 in monthly credits consumable across any resource. If you need more, you only pay for the additional amount consumed. Unused credits expire at the end of the month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
What are "responsible use limits"?
To ensure quality and prevent abuse, we apply fair limits to the use of AI conversations. These limits are generous and adequate for 99% of commercial use cases.
How am I charged for AI conversations?
Conversations are charged per complete interaction. Omni-channel conversations cost €0.005 and internal conversations cost €0.004. You only pay when the AI actually serves!
What are the WhatsApp costs?
WhatsApp has its own Facebook costs that vary by country and message type. We add €0.01 per conversation started. Facebook costs are charged directly by Meta.
How do voice calls work?
Incoming calls cost €0.008 per minute and outgoing calls cost €0.02 per minute in Portugal. Prices vary for other countries. You only pay for the time actually used.
What about email costs?
The first 1000 emails per month are free. Starting from 1001, each email sent or received costs €0.0003. This includes both sends and read receipts.
How does the monthly fee for numbers work?
Each active phone number has a monthly fee starting from €1 for local numbers in Portugal. Prices vary for international, toll-free, or special numbers.
Can I monitor my costs in real time?
Yes! Our dashboard shows your consumption and accumulated costs in real time, with forecasts for the end of the month. This way you maintain total control.
